Our services are designed exclusively for business-to-business marketing and lead generation purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Service availability may vary by geographic location and is subject to our technical capabilities and legal compliance requirements.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches.

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account without our written consent.

Each account is limited to one business entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use our services for spam, unsolicited communications, or any activities that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

You must have proper consent or legitimate business interest for all prospects in your campaigns.

You may not use our services to send malicious content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent communications.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers connected to our services.

Service fees are charged according to your selected plan and are due in advance unless otherwise specified.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees as permitted by law.

You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.

Our services, including software, content, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies, are owned by MyTecnic and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data, prospect lists, and campaign content provided to us.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing our services to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology or content.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

You warrant that you have the right to provide us with any personal data for processing in connection with our services.

You agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your use of our services.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data security.

You acknowledge that data processing may occur in countries outside your jurisdiction.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed with reasonable advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

Performance metrics and deliverables are specified in individual service agreements or statements of work.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We do not guarantee specific results from lead generation campaigns, as success depends on various factors beyond our control.

You acknowledge that marketing results can vary and are influenced by market conditions, industry factors, and campaign execution.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTecnic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

This includes claims related to your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

You will cooperate with us in defending any such claims and will not settle any claim without our prior written consent.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice.

We may immediately terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.

Each party shall bear its own costs and fees, with arbitrator fees split equally.

This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
