Your account

You need an account to order lists and exports. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at mahabubalq@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

Orders, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown before you pay and are calculated on our server from the options you choose. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
• Lead lists and exports are paid in full when you order, through Stripe's secure checkout. A contract is formed when your payment succeeds.
• Custom research and very large orders are quoted and invoiced separately; the written quote sets the scope, price, and timeline.
• If you start a checkout but don't finish, we may email you a link to complete it at the price you were shown. The link works for 30 days.

Your brief and what we deliver

• After you pay, we need your brief before we start: who you want to reach for a lead list, or the link to your saved search and your instructions for an export. You can edit it until we start work.
• You're responsible for your brief being accurate and for having the right to share anything you give us, including saved searches, lists, and files.
• Delivery times shown at checkout are our estimate for the speed you chose and start when we accept your brief. We'll tell you promptly if a segment will take longer.
• We deliver the fields agreed for your order. Values we can't find or verify are marked as not found or flagged, never guessed.

Revisions and refunds

If delivered rows don't meet the criteria we agreed, ask for a revision within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct or replace them. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Revision Policy.

Using the lists we deliver

• You may use delivered data in your own business, including for outreach on behalf of your clients if you're an agency. You may not resell it or publish it as a data product.
• When we deliver a list, you become a controller of the personal data in it. You're responsible for using it lawfully, including UK GDPR, PECR, and the rules of any country you contact people in, and for honouring opt-outs.
• Business data changes over time. We research carefully, but we don't guarantee that every detail is complete or current, or any outcome from your outreach: meetings, replies, revenue, or email deliverability.

Using this website

• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or get around rate limits.
• The website assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. Its answers are general information, not a quote or a promise; what's on our pricing pages and in your order confirmation is what counts.
• The site's content, design, and our methods belong to Mytecnic. Your brief, files, and data stay yours.

Confidentiality

We keep your brief, criteria, and lists confidential and don't reuse them for other clients. You agree to keep any non-public information about our methods and pricing confidential.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Subject to that:

• we aren't liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss;
• our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or uses our services unlawfully. You can close your account at any time by emailing mahabubalq@gmail.com. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability and how you use delivered data) continue after an account closes.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
