From brief to delivered list, in six documented steps
Most projects run 5–10 business days depending on size and depth. You see the plan before we start and a sample before we finish.
Project brief
You send the brief through the form or a call: who you need to reach, where, in what roles, and what disqualifies a prospect. Example targets help more than anything else.
A written summary of your criteria, back to you for sign-off.
Scoping & quote
We check feasibility across our sources: how many matching companies exist, which fields are realistically findable, and where the criteria need tightening. Then we quote a firm price and timeline.
A fixed quote with scope, fields, timeline, and assumptions stated.
Pilot batch
For new criteria we build a small pilot—usually 20–50 rows—so you can confirm the targeting is right before the full run. Cheaper to adjust here than after 1,000 rows.
A pilot sample in your delivery format, with research notes.
Full research run
We build the list across the sources that fit the project, applying your criteria row by row. Anything ambiguous is flagged rather than silently included.
Progress updates at agreed checkpoints on larger projects.
Review & quality pass
Deduplication against your existing data, formatting normalization, spot verification, and qualification notes where the scope includes them. Fill rates are measured and reported honestly.
A quality summary: row counts, fill rates, and flagged items.
Delivery & revision window
Delivery in CSV, Google Sheets, or a CRM-ready format. You review; rows that do not meet the agreed criteria are corrected or replaced within the revision window.
The final list, a source note, and a revision period.
What we ask of you
Good lists come from good briefs. The more precisely you can describe a great prospect—and name a few real examples—the better the result. If the criteria are fuzzy, we'll help you sharpen them before quoting.
